Job description:

The Vice Head of the School assists the head in overseeing the daily operations and strategic planning of the institution. This role involves managing academic programs, supporting curriculum development, supervising teaching staff, and ensuring high-quality educational standards. The Vice Head also coordinates with departments to improve student outcomes, oversees administrative tasks, and plays a key role in staff recruitment and professional development. Additionally, they help drive growth initiatives and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholders.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the school’s programs and attract new students. This role includes managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, overseeing social media presence, creating promotional materials, and organizing events to increase brand awareness. The Marketing Manager works closely with the admissions team, analyzes market trends, and uses data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and meet enrollment targets. They also collaborate with external agencies and partners to expand the school’s reach.

Responsibilities for the role include:

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target audiences, understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors related to language learning. Analyze competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead in the market.

Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing plans and campaigns that align with the school’s goals and objectives. This includes defining unique selling propositions (USPs), creating messaging frameworks, selecting appropriate marketing channels (online, offline, social media), and setting budgets and KPIs for campaign effectiveness.

Brand Management and Promotion: Oversee the development and maintenance of the school’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, website, social media platforms, and advertising efforts. Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and loyalty among prospective and current students, as well as within the community.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Design and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential students through various channels such as content marketing, email marketing, events, partnerships, and advertising. Work closely with the admissions team to optimize conversion rates by nurturing leads, providing informative consultations, and facilitating enrollment processes.

Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities using analytics tools and metrics. Analyze data on campaign effectiveness, website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and student feedback to identify areas for improvement. Regularly report findings to senior management and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
