Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chinese (Mandarin) Teacher, teaching children and adults from the beginning level to the advanced level, including IBDP, GCSE/A Level exam preparations, and HSK Level 1-6.
Job duties
Lesson Planning: Prepare structured lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the learning objectives of students at various proficiency levels.
Teach Chinese Language: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Chinese.
Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate students’ performance through assignments, tests, and oral assessments, providing constructive feedback to guide improvement.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
Communicate with students, or their parents/guardians: Maintain open communication with students, parents or guardians regarding student’s progress, behavior, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications/
– Previous Mandarin teaching experience is a must.
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent preferable.
– University qualifications are requirement.
